“Charting Our Course: Reimagining the AD Ecosystem”

NaRCAD is accepting proposals for in-person presentations only for the 14th International Conference on Academic Detailing on November 12 & 13, 2026. 

We encourage you to submit proposals highlighting work that advances the field of academic detailing and clinical outreach education, especially as it relates to illustrating the importance of sustainable programming across the U.S. and beyond.

OVERVIEW: Format Options for Presentations:
A. Field Presentations: Program result presentations will be presented to the full conference audience and will run for 20 minutes. These presentations are typically delivered by 1 presenter.

B. Panel Discussions: Panel sessions will be presented to the full conference audience and will run for 75 minutes. Panels should include 3 panelists and 1 moderator.

​C. Breakout Sessions: ​Breakouts will run for 90 minutes and include 2-3 presenters. The anticipated breakout group size is approximately 10-20 participants, depending on overall conference attendance. Sessions should include substantial interaction between presenters and participants.

  • ​Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
  • Our review team will make final selections and contact all applicants by July 15, 2026. ​
