Bringing the AD community together, one relationship at a time.

Registration for our 2022 Peer Connection cohort is closed.
Stay tuned for more information about our 2023 cohort!
NaRCAD is proud to announce the upcoming 2022 Peer Connection Program, serving the AD Community by bringing us all closer, one connection at a time. Through careful curation of peer matches, our mission is to connect community members with a like-minded peer with similar goals, to facilitate the sharing of best practices and experiences through meaningful 1:1 discussions. Please note that this is not a mentorship program, but rather a chance to network with members of the growing AD Community. We accept a maximum of 2 participants per organization or per grant/project.

To be eligible for the Peer Connection Program:
  • You must have at least one (1) year of AD-specific experience.
  • You must be either a detailer and/or an AD program manager.

Program Expectations:
  • Peer Matches will self-schedule to meet three (3) times through video, phone, or e-mail from April - October, with suggested discussion prompts sent throughout the duration of the program.
  • Three (3) Gathering webinars will be hosted throughout the program to bring the cohort together for further facilitated discussion and a chance to connect with more peers.
  • The total time commitment will be six (6) hours across 6 months.

Former participants are welcome to reapply, newcomers will be prioritized in event of high demand.
