Jess has been a training facilitator for NaRCAD for several years and is a seasoned academic detailer with experience in infectious disease prevention, sexual health, and addressing provider bias in clinical care. She continues to consult and provide expert training and facilitation for varied organizations including schools, healthcare systems and communities in New Hampshire.
Jess’ current focus is on educating and mentoring academic detailers, drawing on a career rooted in evidence-based practice, equitable care, and impactful communication strategies. Known for her engaging, practical approach, she helps detailers develop the skills to influence behavior change and improve health outcomes across diverse communities.
