SKILLS LAB: "Building Your Team: Recruiting & Retaining the Best Detailers"

One of the most important elements of building a successful intervention is figuring out who to bring onto your team of health educators. This Skills Lab will guide you through key components of attracting, hiring, and retaining the best detailers you can, to ensure that clinical outreach education leaves an indelible mark and motivates frontline clinicians to provide the best care to their patients.

SKILLS LAB: "Listening to Learn: Using Focus Groups to Strengthen AD Initiatives"
We do the work we do to inspire clinicians to make evidence-based change, resulting in better patient care. But our campaigns are only strong if we look beyond evidence, data, and statistics and invite the patients we seek to benefit to share their experiences. This Skills Lab episode walks thru the steps to take to begin planning to execute a patient focus group, which is key in gathering the kind of qualitative data that tells a story that clinicians don't often get the chance to hear in clinical outreach education.
Listen in and learn how to invite the patient voice into your next campaign!
