-Customized support focusing on hypertension care and guideline-based treatment strategies for busy BMC Primary Care Providers

  • -1-on-1, collaborative clinician-to-clinician sessions led by trained BMC clinical pharmacists

  • -CME credits for clinicians who participate in these 30-minute sessions.
 
​In partnership with the Health Equity Accelerator, AcED (the Accelerator's Equity in Diabetes program) and the Section of General Internal Medicine's program NaRCAD (The National Resource Center for Academic Detailing), the Value-Based Care team has launched ADHERE-BP, part of BMC’s hypertension quality strategy, to support primary care providers.
